Hello my name is Grant Jonathan Bake and I am a licensed Realtor with Cedar One. I represent buyer’s and seller’s best interests in the real estate transaction, and I strive to make this process as smooth as possible. I am from Carrollton Ohio and I graduated from Carrollton High School in 2014. I am currently a senior at the University of Mount Union, and I will graduate in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. I received my Real Estate License in January of 2016 from Hondro’s College of Business. This school has a great program and I couldn’t be happier with the information they taught me there. I received the Million Dollar Producer title, and a Cedar One Star award all in my first year! My past experiences include 2 years of residential construction, and over 4 years in residential rental management and maintenance. The construction and maintenance help out tremendously when my clients and I are looking at potential houses.
