Shannon Irvin is following in her mother’s footsteps, deciding to become a realtor in January of 2018. She received her real estate degree from Hondros School of Business. A native of Wintersville and daughter of “Doc Price” who practiced dentistry in the area for over 50 years, she graduated from West Virginia University where she played D-1 tennis with a degree in advertising. Shannon traveled many miles with Continental Airlines before landing back in her hometown of Wintersville. She was the Head Tennis Coach of both the Men’s and Women’s team at Franciscan University for eight years before stepping down to Volunteer Coach to devote more time to her real estate career. She is also a first-year Tennis Coach at Catholic Central High School. She loves her community and is an active participant in many charitable committees which included; Urban mission, Samaritan house, and a charity very near and dear to her heart, The Neighborhood House, which has since closed their doors after 40 years.
