Joyce is a lifelong resident of the Calcutta area, a graduate of Beaver Local High School and currently resides in the area. After a 20-year career in sales, Joyce set her sights on a real estate career. She obtained her real estate certificate from Hondros College, became licensed in 2001 and has been an active member of the Ohio Association of Realtors President's Sales Club since 2003, Recipient of the OAR Award of Distinction, a past recipient of the Realty Alliance National Sales Award, and received  Masters Ruby Award in 2018.
