They never sent someone to look for one after I was told they sent a plumber over so I found it myself 8.5 days later and got stuck with a $600 water bill. I was being patient and asking for weeks if there were something they could do . I told them about the mold issue in my house for well over a year and now is causing my daughter trouble breathing as well as the both of us being sick all the time . I will never choose to rent from this place again . Cedar one you should do better and take the time to show some decentcy to your tenants
