Meet James, a successful Associate Broker, Salesperson, and auctioneer who started his career as an intern at Cedar One Realty in 2017. Born and raised in Mingo Junction, James graduated from Indian Creek High School in 2015. He attended Eastern Gateway Community College for an Associate of Arts.

 

Determined to continue his education, James enrolled at Franklin University studying for a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. While studying, James realized his love for the real estate industry and decided to pursue a career in it.

 

Starting as an intern, James quickly rose through the ranks and became a realtor and Ohio-licensed auctioneer. He worked hard to hone his skills and provide exceptional service to his clients. His dedication and hard work paid off, and James obtained his OH Associate Broker's license in 2023 and his WV auctioneer's license in 2024.

 

Outside of work, James enjoys fishing, traveling, cars, and shooting. He believes that these activities help him relax and rejuvenate his mind, allowing him to provide better service to his clients.
